Cosy Camping Policy
- A 20% non-refundable deposit is required upon booking, to secure your stay with us.
- All bookings will receive an email to confirm your booking.
- We will send an email reminder prior to your arrival date.
- The balance is due 1 week before the arrival date.
- Bookings made within 2 weeks of the arrival date need to be paid in full at time of booking.
- Under 18’s must be accompanied by an adult.
- Price for Pod is based on 2 adults sharing per night.
- Extra Adult is £25 per night.
- Extra Child is £7.50 per night.
- Arrivals: Check In anytime from 3 pm- 7 pm.
- Departures: Check Out by 10 am
- A housekeeping deposit of £50 will be required on arrival for all pods/ Bell Tents and our Silo, this will be refunded to you within a week of your departure once the pod has been inspected.
- Any damage to pod, its contents or facilities will be charged for.
- No smoking or vaping in the pods.
- For your safety no cooking in the pods is allowed except our Cosier Pod and Silo with the exception of toaster, kettle and microwave.
- Price for Tents is based on 2 sharing per night.
- Only one tent allowed per pitch
- Extra adult is £10 per night.
- Extra child is £5 per night.
- Arrivals: Check In anytime from 2 pm- 7 pm.
- Departures: Check Out by 11 am.
- Please leave the pod/pitch in the clean and tidy condition you found it in.
- Please dispose of all your rubbish before you leave, we have Recycling and Glass Bins aswell as general waste all allocated at reception
- Sorry no pets allowed on site, but there is a lovely family run kennels 5 minutes drive from our campsite, so your pet could holiday with you, Kembroke Kennels. (www.kembrokekennels.com)
- All our customers are responsible for their own health and safety.
- Children must be supervised at all times whilst at Cosy Camping Suffolk.
- Please respect your neighbours.
- Quiet time is from 10 pm-7 am.
- Bad behaviour towards any staff or other guests may result in that person or persons to leave the site immediately with the loss of any monies paid.
- Campfires are allowed only in the designated vessel/ fire pit available for hire from Cosy Camping.
- For your own safety please do not leave a lit BBQ, gas stove, fire pit or candles unattended and do not take into your tent, pod or awning.
- For Fire Safety reasons please only use logs purchased on site at Cosy Camping Suffolk.
- Those staying on site are allowed drive to their pod or tent pitch on arrival day and check out day only.
- All vehicles must then be parked in a designated space in our car park.
- Visitors are allowed but a maximum of 2 per pitch/pod and must be pre booked with reception any unauthorised visitors we be asked to leave immediately.
- All Visitors to check in at reception Adult £5 and Child £2.50 to be paid on arrival.
- Visitors are allocated separate parking space and are not allowed to drive on campsite, unless authorised by reception.
- Vehicles left at owner’s risk in the car park.
- Liability – Cosy Camping Suffolk (Ramsey Leisure Ltd) and its employees does not accept any liability for any loss or damage to any property, vehicles or belongings brought onto the premises.
- We recommend that the customer takes out their own private holiday insurance as required.
- Please place rubbish in appropriate bins as we like to recycle.
